Tony's Parade Package during Christmas week?

Does anyone know if the Tony's Parade package usually happens during Christmas week? I can reserve it up through 12/21, but it says no tables 12/22-12/30 (12/30 is as far as I can check).

Is this something that opens up later? Or is this something usually not available during Christmas week?
