Tony's before Halloween Party

I think I saw somewhere that Tony's was going to be a buffet prior to and during the party. Has anyone eaten at Tony's before the party to know if this is true? Or did I just imagine this?

We have a 6:20 booking and I heard there is a regular menu.

We have a time after 7:00pm (can't remember exact time) on 10/30, and I do believe I was told it is a buffet.

I ate at Tony's Sunday night before the party. Our ADR was at 5:40p and we ate off the menu. There was no buffet anywhere to be found in the restaurant.

NO Buffet!
