Tony’s Parade Package!??

When I look online it appears that I can’t just book a reservation for the Tony’s Parade Package online. It says to call. Is this normal? Last time I was able to book online? Any chance this is just bc I was using the app instead of a regular computer?

I was able to book the package online a few days ago, but I did it through the regular website on my iPhone. Fantasmic lunch package is the same way, i.e. you book it through the regular website. not the app - but doesn't have to be on the computer.
