Okay, I'll admit I didn't check the prices because I was so enamored by all the new Disney stuff at our local Home Depot. There were clocks and phones and wall decals and stamps and pillows and bedding. My DH said "That's not coming home with us, is it?" which it is not but I couldn't help but pass on the good news. Someone do a whole room, quick!

Did you happen to notice if there were any bathroom items? I am thinking of doing a bathroom in classic Mickey, but everything I've found is very pricey. I never thought of Home Depot, though.

At the HD where I work, we only have Disney decor items such as lamps (Pooh, Princess, & Mickey), borders (Pooh, Buzz, Princesses, & Mickey), throw rugs( Pooh & Princesses), 2 mirrors (Pooh & Princess), and stampers (see borders) for the walls. I have heard of someone in Fla being able to special order a Mickey faucet where the knobs were shaped as Mickeys gloves.

The lamps ranged from $29.00 to $49.00, and I think the mirrors were between $25.00 - $35.00.

HTH,

Pam :)

Are there stamps of Mickey's head - the large circle with the smaller circle ears? I have been searching for one of these for a couple of years.

I just found out today from my sister. I was suprised. She showed me the beautiful princess lamp that her DD got for christmas. :o

Yes Mom2boys - they have the Mickey head stamp and it's a nice one with some detail.

Hunny - They had borders, stencils and wall decals that could be used in a bathroom. I know the home store at DTD has knobs and stuff, and I wouldn't be surprised if they were pricey. Would be much cheaper to do decorations and a couple of Mickey's glove knobs and then have standard fixtures. I'm envious - I can't find an extra room to do in Disney.

:bounce: My kitchen is could use a makeover. Hope DH goes for the Disney look.

I'm re-doing our family room soon and plan to do it in a Disney theme. Not sure how yet, ( will take suggestions) but was happy to see some of the stuff at Home Depot. I'll be in Disney in February so I'll be able to "shop with a purpose" !!!!

Kohler makes the faucets and you can view them on their website.::yes::

i redid my entire kitchen in gourmet mickey. i found most of the stuff on ebay that wdw was out of. i now have all the pieces, except the chef hat, which i probably wouldn't wear. :earsgirl:
I even found dishes to match the gourmet mickey clock. I use the "hand" cardholder from my desk at my old job for my "sponge" holder on the sink. I was lucky to find the same shade of blue for rugs and chairpads. i only wish the chairpads had ears, lol.

We bought my DD the princess mirror around Thanksgiving. DH actually found it and brought it home :: The packaging had DISNEY princesses on it I believe, but the mirror itself does not. It's too cute.

I ordered in early December, as our local HD was out, the princess lamp. It is really beautiful, it has glass beads that dangle from the edge of the shade. It was under the tree for her from our dog!!!!! So that's what he does while we're at work:confused:

We ordered the Kohler mickey/minnie faucets from faucetdirect.com with free shipping. They are very nice and have not put in but will soon in FROG bathroom.

Donna, I bet the kitchen is marvy!!!

Hi:

I was just at the Home Depot tonight (1/10 Saturday) and the lamps were all 25% off including the beautiful princess lamp. It was $37.50, so we brought one home!

:D
