Hmm..I don't have it here at work but I think I do at home. I can look it up and PM you. :thumbsup2

I have been tossing around different styles and I think I remember liking your old one and going to Michaels to purchase some supplies. I purchased velum paper but could not get it to go through my printer. I have a new printer at work so I might try there.

Also, as far as the front of the program goes, is that a stamp that you used around your names or is it clipart. I tried using clipart and it kept throwing off my centering.

Thanks,
Linda

With the Vellum it should go through the printer. I actually had to kind of push it through and give it a "boost" for the printer to grab it.

The stamp I used on the original program was made by Martha Stewart. I her silver ink stamp then she sells these plastic pieces to put on the stamp so you can make any design you want. You have to buy the stamp seperatly then you can buy the pieces.

I found them online!

This is the exact stamp pieces that I used.

This is the stamp you have to buy to attach those pieces above.

and this was the ink.

They have lots of different colors. You can either buy them online at the above links or Michaels has all of it in their scrapbooking section.

ETA: The latest program I made is actually clipart that I found but it took me forever to center it just right! I think the stamps were easier!

I hope that helps!! :thumbsup2

This does help. I am going to try the velum in my new printer - I tried pushing the paper with my old printer - but it just would not grab it.

I like the clipart - and it is a pain to use. I'll check out the websites you provided.

I hope it works for you!!!! I would love to see pictures when you have them finished! :goodvibes

My Fabulous Matron of Honor and Dress issues :scared1:

Well tonight my Matron of Honor (my cousin/best friend :goodvibes:) came over to see her dress for the first time. She tried it on and we couldn't get the zipper all the way up but it was her size. So anyway we did get it up but the dress wasn't hanging right. This dress has a silk lining and chiffon on top so it is kind of see through. Anyway, it was kind of bunchy and some parts weren't laying like they should so my mom and aunt looked at the lining and the thing was backwards!!!!!!!! The seams were facing out and you could see the seams through the chiffon. Its hard to explain but its kind of like if you wore something inside out and you can see the seams. I was so annoyed with David's Bridal. So tomorrow we are going to DB to see what they can do. Its obviously a manufacturer defect. Very annoying but she loved her dress and she looked great in it! I took pictures to share!

Well that is my only update for now! More to come shortly! :thumbsup2

Beautiful dress! I have nothing nice to say about DB, so I won't say anything at all...

You MOH looks beautiful in it, like she really enjoys wearing it.

WOW! I love all of the choices you've made. Your invites are so pretty and so is the color of the MOH dress. I wanted to have a pink wedding so badly but my df wouldn't allow it:sad2: :sad2:

I also love the idae of the hiden mickey on your shoes.:lovestruc

MOH DRESS UPDATE!

Well today we went to David's Bridal to try and fix the MOH dress. Ok so the dress has a chiffon see-thru overlay and you can see everything under the dress. We went there telling them that the seams were on the wrong side of the dress AND on top of it, I found out the top of the dress was completely ripped. Ughh. So we go there and they told us that that is how the dress was supposed to be with the seams! What?! You could see them through the dress. I was not feeling it, my MOH wasn't feeling it and my mom and aunt weren't either. So the DB girl was going to order a new dress for my MOH that wasn't ripped..lol. Well we went and looked at the dresses and my MOH was not feeling this dress anymore because the seams made it look lumpy and it didn't sit right. So right next to it we saw a really cute dress that was the same price so my mom (the tough one) asked the girl if we could get a different dress instead and the DB girl said Well you know we can't keep exchanging dresses. What? We only brought the one dress back one time what are you talking about, but she said we could as long as it was the same price range. So my MOH tried on the dress and it looked beautiful on her!!! I love this dress MUCHHHHH better. I don't have a picture of her in it but I have the pic off of David's Bridal. Its the same color as the other dress.

Oh and while the girl behind the counter was rude, the sales girls were very helpful and very nice. :thumbsup2

I looked at that dress when I was finding a dress for my out of town maid of honor. It is gorgeous, and should look great on your MOH.

I'm glad they let you exchange it. If your MOH was worried about the fit, she wouldn't have felt as beautiful in it as she should!

I love the new dress too! So sorry to hear that you had some problems at David's Bridal.

The programs look like they turned out great. I love the ribbon and the simply design. We went overboard on ours and it took way to long to put them together; you seem like you found a perfect balance. I think the dedication to your lost loved ones is a nice touch too.

I just had to comment on the curio cabinet someone posted a few pages back. DH and I have a small one in our livingroom too and its been quite a conversation piece with our guests. Everyone loves to check everything out inside. I alas don't have any photos taken of it yet, but I guess I need to take some shots :goodvibes

I was really happy they did too. The girl behind the counter was a little moody and didn't want to but the sales girls were really sweet and helpful. She is really excited about the new dress!

that dress is beautiful!! Davids bridal can be a pain in the butt sometimes!!

Thank you!!! They can be a pain but I only have to deal with them one more time when I get my dress bustled then I am done!

Toni - The new dress is stunning. Did you get it in watermelon? :cloud9:

It is very similar to watermelon but its actually azalea. watermelon looks very similar.
