Tonga Toast equal anywhere at Universal?

My son and I love Kona's Tonga Toast. We were wondering if there is a breakfast at Universal that is not to missed. We are staying for 4 nights so I am sure one morning will allow for a nice leisure breakfast somewhere. Something sweet and and rich is what we are looking for.

I believe this sounds way better than tonga toast!
