Tomorrowland Terrace Cafe Buffet?

TTC is now a buffet? And it is also 28.99 a person.So does this mean it is a TS now or still a CS? You cant make reservations and it is only outdoor seating how could that be a TS? Anyone know or been there?

It's TS but I believe it's only being done for the period of free dining.
