Tomorrowland sneak peak date

Orlando Theme Park News has been able to officially confirm that Epcot's new "Tomorrowland" Sneak Preview will open to Guests on Friday, April 17, 2015.
As previously announced, this temporary attraction will replace Captain EO, which will continue to play in the Magic Eye/Imagination Theater until 7 p.m. on April 9, 2015. While the California version of this sneak preview will include a special exhibit featuring props from the movie, there will be no exhibit at Epcot.

Wait, Captain EO will finally be retired? This is the first I have heard about this. What is this Tomorrowland sneak preview all about?

@DisneyLandMan Just a sneak preview of Disney's upcoming movie Tomorrowland. They've debuted movies out in Disneyland in the past, and are doing the same in EPCOT for this movie; presumably due to a fair connection between the theme and EPCOT's Future World.
