One last thing, we are flying and I'm confused as to if I'm allowed to put my battery operated under arm shaver in my hold luggage? The stuff on the flyby site is so confusing. Can the batteries stay in it or not?

I always take my batteries out as I'm paranoid it'll somehow get turned on and make a racket, same with my little alarm clock! I expect I'm just being silly and it's probably fine to leave them in.
