I posted before about your sons hooters trip, but for some reason it did not save in my reports..i started at the beginning and going to make it all the way through today.

We really like the backlot express at MGM if you are looking for a counter meal...good variety.

Cedar Point is really cool when they do the Halloweekends! And it is nice and cool. NO SWEATING!!

We loved the hallow weekends at cedar point, it is great if you dont mind the cold. The nice thing was we did not do any of the haunted house or walking things, just did the walk through sections like back by the millenium force and over by the wicked twister..and all of the roller coasters had no wait, while the haunted lines were over 2 hours...more coasters please.

2. Buzz Lightyear! How did I not know about this ride? I always thought it was a little kiddie ride. It totally looks like a blast. We are so competetive we may actually be on it all day.

3. Carousel of Progress. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this.

6. Slow down a bit. Usually we are doing the commando thing. I want to take park breaks.

Buzz lightyear...awesome you will love it, and i am sure you boys will want to ride it a few times...carousel of progress, i love this, i even have DW hooked on it, and she sings the song now.


A great tip for slowing down...not sure if you guys are morning people, but get to the rope drops...they rock, and you can get so much done in the first few hours, that you can slow down during the middle of day and just relax and take your time.

I didn't think about the Year of a Million Dreams stuff. That will be almost over when we are there. WoooHooo!

Did not see if anyone wrote it, or if you knew, but they are continuing on the year of a million dreams 1 more year.

Remember when this was at The Imagination Pavillion?? I totally miss how it used to be.

I was also upset when they changed it, i like the new version, but loved how it used to be...I wonder what they use the upstairs area for now..it is ropped off so none can go up there.

Have you ever thought about getting 10 day tickets, and getting the no expiration on them?
We did this the first time and worked out great....next time we are getting 10 parks with hoppers, 10 water parks, and no expiration for 500 each ticket...that is only 25 dollars a day if you count both water park and theme park

Everybody asks us why on earth do we drive???

When we have our kids, we are going to drive, it is fun, but right now, we get good deals onflights...260 for both of us this year round trip...we might make it down to Georgia in gas for that price.

We are taking 75. I told him about the winding mountains in W. Virginia. Don't think this appealed to him AT ALL!! So we will take the way we know best. 75. Until Tennessee, then through NC, SC and GA.

What route are you guys taking through IN on the way down.

I am going to say that you were asked to walk the line by a CM that thought you were a little to tipsy to be in the park, and LG was showing you how to do it...she had a few as well and fell over shortly after picture was taken.

I am researching different colleges they make an appearance at so we can check it out. He is only in his junior year, but I am a planner!! It will be so good for him. He is ready to fly from the nest and some days I'm ready to push him!!

We only did the walk throughs too. It was so packed walking through there so we didn't really get the "scary" effect. It was fun though. I'd do it again. It wasn't really cold, but cool. Nice not to have to sweat our butts off. Makes for ornary kids!

I was telling them about it the other day. I think it's going to take some doing to get these people excited about this stuff. I dunno . I'm thinking of leaving them and borrowing a newer, more fun family!! Kidding! If they don't want to have fun, I'll leave em and go on my merry way!

We'll do something like that when we only have 2 to pay for. Waaay tooo much right now. I really liked it when they were FREE!!!

Kids make it all more expensive, that's why we drive. It also is nice together time.

75 to 26 to 95 and that way back or just 75 back. I'd kind of like to stop in Savannah on the way back. It will be a wait and see thing.

I also trying to catch up on a few more, so i have really made the rounds this morning...sorry i did not realize it was that many replys...and my mom used to also sing to get me out of bed in the mornings...i would end up going in the bathroom and falling asleep, i would pull the hamper over to the toilet and sleep for another 15 minutes, it was great. Send one of your boys up there, tell them that it is a special character meet and great with the princesses.

LOL!!! I used to do the same thing (minus pulling the hamper over to the toilet). I'd just curl up on the bathroom rug and sleep until my mom started asking if I was through yet (uh...just a few more minutes).

That bathroom had the toilet and tub in a separate room from the sink, so I had no choice. I prefer to say that I slept in front of the tub, thank you very much.
