hi just wondering if you can help me.
on my first visit to the world back in 1991, i remember they sold turkey legs and another strange item at a food counter not far from the TTA.

it looked like a piece of french stick/ bread hollowed out and meat push into the hole.

not to sure what is was, never tried it just wondering what it was ?

thanks Les m

I don't know, but that sounds like a corn dog. Basically, a hot dog dipped in batter and then deep fried. I do not know if they sell those there or not anymore - we never stop there, but the turkey legs are still there. Here's a picture.

time101 - that is really interesting! I have to say I have no knowledge of that item (weird as it is) but that does seem to fit the OP's question better given the dates and the location. That is one strange Disney food item that I never heard of!

Thankyou for posting this info - I've often wondered what a corn dog was:thumbsup2

As you'll note, they sold them not only in Epcot at the Farmers' Market, but in Tomorrowland at the Lunching Pad. They sold them into the early 1990's.
