when i go online it says i have to link park tickets...I booked through a travel agent and i only have the booking number. i have my restaurants picked and there were no issues, but where can i get this other number that i need to link the theme park tickets??? My travel agency is closed today so i thought i would reach out to you guys.

You likely have a room/ticket package. Everything should be okay in the morning.
For onsite guests with a room/ticket package, the 60-day prebooking window will not appear until the 60-day mark. Before this point, it is normal for various members and/or their tickets to not appear on the MDX account. The entire traveling party and their tickets will appear at the 60-day mark in almost all cases. It is generally not possible to practice booking FPs beforehand in this situation.

You booked a package through your TA. You’ll see everything tomorrow when your FP booking window opens.

This is explained in the FP booking section of the FP FAQ Sticky by @mesaboy2.

And there he is. ;)

When I booked with my TA, she told me to go home and immediately link my reservations to My Disney Experience. I did this in December, so I am not exactly sure how I found the number, but I would go through your documents and investigate further. You could always ask for help directly from My Disney Experience. Good luck.

Your dining worked fine because you don't need a reservation or tickets to book dining.

Open MDE and click on the link to my tickets and reservations. Click "link reservation"

Enter your booking number.

Refresh and you should see your room reservation and tickets.

Do you have a package booked?
If so then what you see is normal and it will open as it should.
If you have a room only reservation and purchased tickets separately then you'd need to link the ticket.

I did my fast passes today. Last night when I checked it didn't show tickets. This morning it worked.

I booked myself and still got this message right up until the morning of fastpasses reservations. As long as you have your reservation (that booking #) linked to your MDE you should be all set.

But that’s only true if they booked exactly 180 days out. I’m guessing they were able to book 180+10, requiring their package to be linked.
