Tomato problem?

My Mama Mia Italian variety bush tomato plant has a couple tomatoes with brown, shriveled tips. I won't say what they look like but you can imagine! The rest of the fruit is still light green. Is this some kind of fungus or other dire problem? Are all the fruits going to get this way? They are planted, fed, and watered properly.

WE picked our first ripe ones yesterday and after cutting off the brown tip they were fine, thank goodness!
