tom sawyers island

hey
i am a new vmk-er and I was doing the hidden mickey quest. i got stopped when i could not get up to that right hand top level of tom sawyers island. does anyone know how to get up there?

To get to the right side of Tom Sawyers Island I think you have to ride the monorail until you get to the Frontierland station then exit into Frontierland.
