Is it possible, and practical, to get out to TSI with an ECV? Will any or all of the rafts take one or more ECVs? If so, once you're out there, how easy, or difficult, is it to get around on an ECV?

At Disney World, from what I understand, no; however, after the refurbishment is complete that may change.

At Disneyland, yes, but there are one some way paths that are not accessible, so.you can't do everything.
