Would anyone be able to give me an idea on how much money I will need for tolls.

We will pick up a car at Mco and will be staying in Clermont. We plan on going from Clermont to Universal, Seaworld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove and Busch Gardens.

Thanks!

About the only place that you are going to encounter tolls is on the trip to and from MCO, pay at the tollbooths and allow $3-4 each way

Not necessarily. From Clermont proper, the best route to the Uni/SeaWorld area is the Turnpike to I-4, which would involve tolls. If they're staying further south near the 4-Corners area, they would just take I-4 east.

We've stayed off-site in the Clermont area a couple of times and just used West Colonial Dr (50) and then South Kirkland Rd(435) to I-4 and the Universal area, continue west on I-4 from Universal to get to the Seaworld exit. Going to WDW, use W. Colonial (50) to Highway 27 south, then east on Irlo Bronson Hwy (192) to the Disney exits. This keeps us off the toll roads in the area.

House we are renting is near the Greater Groves Blvd.
Just saw your reply, this street is partway down highway 27. To get to Seaworld, head south on US-27 for 2.5 miles, then east on US-192 for about 7 miles, then East on I-4 for about 8 miles until you see the Seaworld exit (I believe it's exit 71) or about 11 miles to the Universal Studios exit (exit 75A, I believe)
None of these are toll roads.
