Kentucky used to be full of toll roads. I guess most of them have been converted to freeways now.
The toll plazas you'll encounter driving from KY are all staffed 24/7 so you can use bills and get change. On Florida's Turnpike there is a $2.50 mainline toll near Leesburg and then another $.50 ramp toll when you exit the Turnpike onto I-4. So if you want to use exact change, fine. But don't sweat it.
Orlando is full of toll roads but I can't think of anywhere you might go that would involve getting on one. I-4 is free and that will take you nearly everywhere you'd want to go. In the event you wanted to go to the Florida Mall, you would use TOLL 528 (Beachline Expy) however while it is signed as a toll road, there are no tolls between I-4 and the Orange Blossom Trail exit where that mall is located.
