Toll roads in California - Help...

Hi all.

We will be in CA in 10 days and I am so excited. It is our 1st time drivign around Southern California and wondering if there is a good site which shows where the toll roads are and how much they cost? Is there an "official site" which might show this as well as potential construction areas to avoid, etc.

Some of the toll roads down here require the transponder on your car- ie the car pool (HOV Lane) on the 91 freeway. The other roads allow you to pay by cash but some exits you do need exact change. Luckily, there really arent that many toll roads out here.

For the most part, we have freeways -- funded by gasoline tax, not tolls.
