Toll FREE WDW Reservation & Dining number

After reading many posts for the last two weeks,
I read alot of posters exclaiming how high their phone bills are, or that they use their free minutes on their cell phone, etc.....

Ladadadadadada...on and on.......

Folks.....right this down.
This number is TOLL FREE and
I have been using it for at least eight years to make all of my ressies(new and modified), dining,videos, planning info, park hours.... just anything I want from WDW!!!!!

(Huge EXCEPTION....use the WDW-DINE for the coveted Cindy's breakfast!)

I got this number from the back of an old WDTC brochure,
from the mid-90s, and I have been able to always use it!

1-800-828-0228.

They'll be some irritating prompts, like if you've ever been to WDW, and how many times, etc,...

but, it'll sure cut down on your phone bills!


Does anyone else already use this number, too?

I thought this number was only if you are using WDTC to book your room. Can you call that number and book under CRO?

I used to book packages, but then starting doing the APs and hence, I started making room only ressies!
I used to have to tell the CM that I was making a room only res and they would connect me to CRO.
Sometimes, they would tell me that they could help me right off!

From my understanding, WDTC and CRO have somewhat "merged" and CMs are either trained, or being trained to do both.

I've also use this number for dining PS's, and seeing if other codes are available, besides APs, and even AAA rates.

Maybe I'm the only one using this number....but, it works for me!

I have been using the Disney Club 800 number all these years because I was a member. Now I will have to take down that number to use. Thanks!

i used to use 1 - 2 diff. 1-800 #s but last summer they were all cancelled when i called. it said like no service or something. now i wait and use my older daughters phone or cell phone. lol. let us no though if someone finds a new 1-800 again. Thanks

when you buy your tickets at the Disney Store they print an 800 phone number on your receipt to use to make reservations, etc. It gave a date to use it by, so I don't know if it is the same one as the one you all are using or not.
