Is there a toll free number to make dining reservations and is there a penalty charge for the Hoop-De-Do Revue if I would book and then cancel or change it. Thanks in advance.

I think you can cancel or change your HDDR ressie up to 48 hours in advance with no penalty, less than 48 hours and there is some sort of charge.
