Toll fares from Calais to DLRP

I know I have driven this route quite a few times, but the last time was 2 years ago and my memory isn't that good!!

So does anyone know what toll charges there are between Calais and DLRP? I am trying to sort my Euro change out to make sure I have the right money ready.
