Pleasantly surprised with Toledo on my last visit in March ... somewhat of a hidden gem in my opinion. Considering Michelin added them and V&As to their Florida's 2023 guide - I was happy to see it.

Yesterday, the Orlando Sentinel shared that eleven new restaurants would be added to the Florida Michelin Guide in 2023. Of the eleven restaurants, eight are in Orlando and three are in Tampa. Two of the Orlando restaurants are inside Disney World! One is Victoria and Albert’s, located at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, and the other is Toledo — Tapas, Steak & Seafood, located at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort.​

The entire list of Orlando restaurants added to the Michelin Club includes Doshi, Edoboy, Juju, Kaya, Otto’s High Dive, Toledo, Twenty Pho Hour, and Victoria & Albert’s. On May 11th, a ceremony will take place at LoanDepot Park in Miami where Michelin will announce whether the restaurants will receive Michelin Stars or Bib Gourmands.​

I've eaten at both. Can't go wrong with either.

From what I can remember, both are rooftop restaurants and beautiful ambiance.

Topolino's has an upscale luxury hotel in the U.S. vibe.

Toledo has an upscale luxury hotel in Spain vibe.

Although Toledo has tapas I remember their portions filled us up. In fact I remember we skipped tapas and shared a regular meal there and we were satiated.

Topolino's has smaller portions of (also) delicious food.

Maybe take a look at the menus and see what you'd most want to order at each and go from there? Or try Toledo based it being in Michelin now which is pretty cool too.
