Told no AP rate available at POR. Maybe because of the system being down?

I checked a couple days ago and POR showed availability at the AP rate for my dates in December. I just got off the phone with CRO and he said they didn't have the AP rate available.
I guess it's possible that they sold out of AP rate rooms in the last 2 days, but I'm hoping it's because of the regular res system being down right now.
 
I looked for the rate on Dec. 9th (staying one night at a mod. before going on to the WL)... they had it a couple of days before I booked with the AP rate, but was told yesterday all they had was water view CSR or CB... Maybe the same deal? I booked the one night at CSR?!?
 
I called last night to check availability, not for December though. I was told that after the system upgrade is completed they will have a more accutate idea of availability. The CM I spoke with said right now all they can look at is predicted availabilty. I would call back on Tuesday.
 

I called last night to add a night to our stay in Dec. We have passholder rates for CBR and she said that it wouldn't be a problem, that it is confirmed and the price she quoted me would maybe be off a few cents, but that if it were off by quite a bit they would call me back after the system was up and running again. I asked her again if this meant I had a confirmed AP rate for the extra night there and she said yes. I will call back next week just to make sure.
