My wife and I are looking to take a trip to tokyo Disney or maybe Hong Kong Disney (probably the prior) but does anyone know if they do that magical express from the airport to the resort like they do in WDW??

In Tokyo, there is bus service between the airports and the Disney Resort, but it is a separate service that costs - it is not a perk of staying on-site, like at WDW. See http://www.tokyodisneyresort.co.jp/en/access/bus/index.html.
