Tokyo Disney Resort New Years Special Ticket

Unfortunately, it looks like it's Japanese only and you need a Japanese account to get these special tickets. Both parks close early on Dec 31 and the special event begins at 8 pm and last until 6 am the next day. You can park hop starting at midnight.

They do this every year. Since the regular event tickets are by lottery, the best way to guarantee a spot is to book a Disney or partner hotel way in advance. Right now all the Disney hotels and the Sheraton are sold out but you can still get a room at the Hilton for around 1,200 USD. You still have to pay for park admission on top of that.

I have a friend who did the lottery every year for the past few years and has never won tickets yet.
