The characters in the front of the park go into the covered area under hotel Miracosta between the globe and piazza.

Thanks again! We ended up with a Standby Pass for Tinkerbell, so it was a moot point as we didn’t want to leave Fantasy Springs to check.

There was no characters in Fantasy Springs in the rain, even under the hotel awning.

We did see Thumper and Miss Bunny under the awning of the restaurant in Cape Cod in the rain. We didn’t see any other characters braving the rain.

I didn't know that Thumper and Miss Bunny would still come out in the rain. The last time I saw Thumper there, social distancing was still in force so we had to take selfies from some distance away.

I didn't know that Thumper and Miss Bunny would still come out in the rain.

We only saw them because we had tickets for the Duffy show. The line for the show completely "blocked" any view of Thumper and Miss Bunny from guests just walking through Cape Cod. But, our daughter had LOTS of fun with Thumper!
