Tokyo Dining on DxDP

Has anyone dined at Tokyo Dining on the deluxe dining plan within the last year? I understand that the sushi roll menu is not available on DDP/DxDP. If so, what were the choices available for appetizers and entrees? Are there any sushi platters/sushi combos available or only the bento boxes? TIA!
