Tokyo Dining on DDP

I know that this trip I want to try Tappan Edo for the first time, but my husband has been craving the sushi from Tokyo Dining since our trip in June. So I thought I would book that for lunch one day and pay either OOP or use our DDP. I'm not sure which. I remember that being our least expensive meal and I got two sushi rolls and DH got tempura shrimp. We also got DS something but I forgot what. How would this work out if I used the DDP. Will I only get one sushi roll? If so, it might be worth it to just pay OOP. Any dining plan info for this restaurant is greatly appreciated since I've never used it there. Thanks!!
