How do they work the DDP credits with the sushi? Or are you only allowed to choose a complete dinner?

You cannot order from the separate sushi menu on the dining plan.

Sushi is available as part of a platter on the regular menu, which is the only way you can get sushi on the dining plan.

My DH and DS and DD all did this and it still wasn't enough. So they ordered more sushi rolls and only had to pay the difference.
