Toilets in the parks

My 2 1/2 year old DS just started standing to pee at the potty. How low are the park toilets?? I'm so afraid he's not going to be tall enough to pee comfortably!

Most of the potties are "auto flushers". My DD was terrified of them. At MK, we had to go to the child care/ first aid center to use the potty...they had the normal flush type potties.
She needed help getting on/off most potties, even at the child care/ first aid place.
When we were at other parks we tried to use the "family" restrooms whenever possible. They are larger a single separate restroom with a locking door. They did have the auto flushers though, but at least I had enough room that I could hold DD over the seat while she "went", lol.....poor thing, she thought she was going to get flushed every time she heard that big WOOSH!

I also remember hearing that if you put a sticky note on the flusher sensor, that it won't auto flush....never tried that trick myself though.

Have fun!

The Companion Restrooms (that is how they are labeled, not Family)have handicapped (raised height) toilets because in some parks (MK and Epcot) they are the only bathrooms that a wheelchair can fit into.

A pack of Post It notes works very well. You can easily have a pack in a purse or pocket. They stick quite well and remove easily.

I think the smallest pottys are in the magic kindom, and most Disney pottys are smallish. Good for the younger children, but bad for those of us who are taller. ^_^

MGM's baby care center (next to guest services by the main gate) has a tiny child size toilet as well. Perfect for little ones who are potty training.
