Toilet seats at VGC..

We guys just don't have as much experience at the "sitting" part of toilets. Maybe we should get some lessons from the women??

:scared1::scared1::scared1:

Ummm, you just SIT....you don't scooch, you don't slide, you don't wiggle or see-saw....you just SIT!!

Do what needs to be done and get out!

:thumbsup2

:rotfl2: OMG LMAO. Now I need to go get a rag to clean the sprayed coffee off the monitor:eek:
It's a new concept of bringing the amusement park right into the resort rooms. These toilets have been based on Disney's classic ride, the tea cups.

It actually sounds like the bolts are just loose. Call maintenance. A few twists with a wrench should make it solid again.

Maistre Gracey - It sounds like you might be the only one, which is a good thing. If it were a widespread issue, the resort might need to offer instructional classes to guests. I can just see the activity list for the community hall now...9:00 Arts & Crafts...11:30 Bingo...2:00 Toilet Seat Technique...:scared1:

At the risk of experiencing the ridicule that MG has experienced, I indeed noticed the "issue" this weekend at VGC. The seat actually seems like it is a bit smaller than the bowl below it, which leads to a problem. And the one in our studio was also loose.

So dear MG you are NOT alone. I feel for you.

I noticed it in the one bedroom we stayed it over the weekend as well. You sit down and the seat shifts.

Thank you all for the wonderful laughter you brought to my evening. I even had to read it to DH as he was wondering why I was laughing so much.:goodvibes

MG & Toocherie,
Now that you mention it...I too remember experiencing this problem, but I chalked it up to being sleepy as it was during the middle of the night.:rotfl:

Good thing no one is home right now or they'd be wondering what's so funny. This thread cracked me up!

Well I'm home from a great trip to DLR (also WDW.. we did a combo).

Thanx for all the great replies and making us laugh!!

To the above posters.. I'm VERY happy to see I wasn't alone! The toilet seats may be the only flaw at VGC!

I never noticed, but we're going tomorrow for two nights, so I'll have to check it out. Will you be visiting this week as well?
