Working on our itinerary (yes, I'm one of those anal personalities! ;) ) and need help from you Tower of Terror fanatics: My husband and I want to ride and do the "switching off" option as our kids are too young. Can we do this first thing in the a.m. at 9:00 and still get in line for the first Playhouse Disney show by 9:30 or so? If we can't, then we'll try to catch TofT later in the evening. And if we get a FastPass, how long is the wait typically? Thanks!:Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

I think you'd really be cutting it too close. Even if there's no line, it will still take about 10-15 minutes from the time you get in the library til the time you get off the ride and your spouse gets to go on. It's conceivable that you could both have ridden by 9:30, but seeing as you should really be in line for Playhouse Disney at least 15 minutes before (and for the (9:30 show people will have already been lined up since 9) and it's probably a 5-7 minute walk from ToT to PD, I just don't think you can make it.

I think your best option is to send one person to ToT for Fast Passes and then meet in line at Playhouse Disney for the 9:30 show. There's really no way to say how long the wait is for Fast Pass. They only give so many out for each time period, so the faster they are snatched up, the later the posted time is. But that early in the morning, you should have a relatively early return time (like between 10 and 11).

Have fun!

Yep, 9:30 is one of those things that could theoretically happen if there was absolutely no line for ToT, you got on an elevator as soon as you left the library and then jogged to Playhouse.

Thanks guys! Definately sounds like I better stick w/ Playhouse Disney and go for FP's for TofT. Once in line w/ a FP, do you ever have to wait more than 15-20 minutes? Just wondering (hate to have kids wait for a long time for something they're not even riding!). Thanks again!

Nooo....you might have to wait at best, 2 or 3 minutes for a Fastpass, and since it will be very early in the morning getting your fastpass will be very quick.
