toenail polish

Pretty in pink toes..for the summer. Doesn't really matter which brand, as long as I like the shade. :)

I have 3 colors I alternate with. 2 of them are chromes (one is peach colored, the other is a medium pink). I love how quickly the chromes dry and they make my toenails look so shiny.:)

I don't have a favorite brand, I just buy colors I like. I could shop for fingernail polish all day. :p I usually paint my fingernails and toenails the same color IF I'm using a light shade. If I'm using a dark shade, I just paint my toenails and leave my fingernails bare. I love the light tans, pinkish tans or off whites for the summer. :)

Normally, my toenails are done in either pink or red. This summer, I haven't seen much of them as I've been battling with heel spurs. Between having to have my foot wrapped, cortisone shots, wearing shoes with good support and arch inserts, my sandals are sitting just waiting to be worn. Next week we're off to the beach so I'll definately be painting my nails. As least as I'm limping along, my toenails will look pretty.:D

My husband is freaked out by painted toenails, so I usually only paint them in a pale peach or pink color.

My nail color depends on my mood. I have various shades of berry colors, reds, and pinks I use. Right now they are blue and glittery because my sister painted them.

I'm currently wearing a pink crome color from Revlon. Both my finger nails and toe nails are painted at the moment, but I usually don't paint my finger nails because they are short and stubby.

Since I just started getting into nail painting, I only own two bottles of nail polish. That will change as the summer progresses!!

My all time favorite summer polish is Tahitian Twilight by OPI. It's an iridescent beige that turns pink and purple depending on how the light hits it.

Right now I have RED on my toes. It's OPI but I don't know the name. It was part of a sampler pack I got at Christmas time. I alternate between the bright red and a darker coral.

Toes- always polished, always dark red or dark brown; been using Revlon Autumn Berry for a while.

Fingers- can't seem to keep polish on them. Usually do a nude, a gold/copper, or a medium brown for work-- something tame. Will do dark reds & dark browns for night, but usually I'm too lazy to do them.

Don't ever buy Revlon Colorstay! It's horrible! It's impossible to remove with remover, but it will peel off. Plus, it got all goopy within about 2 weeks-- impossible to apply neatly after that.

clear on my fingers .
I have my toes done at the salon every 2 weeks and she uses different reds from OPI right now they are " Little Red Corvette Red"

JUST finished painting mine for my 3 week makeover. I use Revlon, something deep red right now. (Last summer was more of a magenta.) I love that it stays shiny for weeks. Of course, we haven't hit the pool yet this summer.
