My kids have loved Epcot since the were little. Other than things already mentioned, they loved looking at the fish and walking the paths of Japan and China, the acrobats in China and France, the juggler in Italy, watching them make popcorn and candy in Germany...Just pace yourself to them. They love the vacation with you, they will point out things to you you never expected!

For some reason my one year old loved the Mexican boat ride. It was his favorite ride of the whole trip. You never know what a kid is going to fall in love with!
