I was able to put this on a reservation at OKW when we sent friends down there. They were in the room when they arrived. I think I would call and ask to put on your reservation and remind them at check in. they do have them, atleast at OKW they did.

We got then at POR our last trip. We actually got two, one for each side of the bed. I requested them when I made our reservation and then reminded them at the front desk when we checked in. I'm sure they have them at all resorts with all the young kids that stay at WDW!
