Today's Pin Trading Event

Has anyone gotten in? Do you know what the host is wearing tonight?

I'm in line at number 45 with only 3 minutes to go to the posted closing time - so we'll see what happens!

As for what the host is wearing - I believe in this even you can only trade for the ghost host pin. Not sure, but that's how it was last time, and that's what the description implies. Last time, Lily was wearing Inferno, Grand Cali and a lot of other awesome pins, but Host Ghost was the only one she was actually trading. I'll be sure to post what happens!

I just got out and you only get the ghost pin. No choices. Lily is very quiet tonight. I think she's either tired or trying to get ppl through as fast as she can without being rude.

yeaauuckk..poor thing - what a thing to make her do, kwim? Seems like a yucky host event to hold JUST for the host ghost pin. All that frustration, etc. Seems like it would be a lot easier on her just to have a fun quick game instead of a trading event.

The host event WAS for the "Ghost Host Pin." The host bat bag was given occasionally as a bonus.

Lily was very nice. She was asking people to be ready to trade quickly, which is great!

When i got in line at 2:30 i was 30th. About an hour went by. Then when i did get in, Lily said if you put your pin up first before she does, then she will give you an extra gift, which was the bat bag. So she was getting people to move quickly. Pretty smart if you ask me. So yes, only the ghost pin, but if you put your trading pin in the trade window before her, then you also got the bat bag.

I'm not going into HOST rooms anymore. 1) Takes forever to get into the room. 2) Takes a long time to wait your turn (Which I had NO problem with)
But 3) HOST can say no. I spent over a hour trying to get into the room. When it was my turn I put up NPC pins, and adventureland Retro pin. She said "Must be a good enough offer." Then she closed the trade, and I had to leave! I WAS VERY UPSET. I couldn't even send messages!

If you read the description on the room, it does now say "fair" trades for pins. I guess some staff member caught wind of people bragging about trading buayable pins for other pins and changed it. That does suck that she wouldn't let you re-try the trade, though.
