Spider-Man is great. Jes, you should have no problems.
Mission Space Green (less intense) is also good. Fun & easy. Only a problem if claustrophobic. Tip: wear your whites and neon coloured clothing that day. You will light up in line.
Star Tours also fine but bumpy.
Jes: don't miss Sum of all Fears at Epcot. Build your own roller coaster simulator. But only worth it if building the jet path (most intense). Great fun but over quickly. The less intense bobsled is a waste of time IMO. No FP for this so plan to get there early in the a.m. after eg Test Track.
