Wow! Ed McCaffrey was a great player. Haven't followed the Broncos much since John retired.

Yeah...I knew he was going to retire, but it was still a little heartbreaking (not as bad as when Elway retired though....I actually cried a little bit then because he'd been there since I started watching them.)

Not a good day for 49er fans either. They released Jeff Garcia to waivers and we will basically lose Terrell Owens in exchange for one lousy 1st round draft pick. I don't think I can bare to watch next season

Yeah, I read about Jeff Garcia since I still get email reports from the 49ers.....Since Roger was such a good friend that he had to tell me that we had lost Clinton Portis (lol), I tried to return the favor by telling him about Garcia but he was glad (he said that the backup is better anyway.)

Don't worry about Easy Ed... All he has to do is go to Hollywood and he's sure to win an Oscar.

Or he could become a high-jumper, utilizing his "flopping" skills.
