Rain had been predicted this morning, but so far it's not bad. Have the fireworks been canceled at all this weekend due to the weather? I've so been looking forward to seeing the holiday ones.

Sorry, I don't know either. It looks like you'll be okay though. No rain predicted for tonite. It's not really the rain so much as the wind. Last night was very windy.

Hope they show them.

Fireworks are not usuallly cancelled due to rain. They get cancelled due to wind or llghtning. Now what you can actuallly see with the clouds and how committed you are to standing in the rain is a completely different set of issues, that no one can really answer.

A late answer for you...

We went this weekend. Saturday morning through Sunday afternoon. They cancelled everything on Saturday due to rain and winds. We didn't get Fireworks or Fantasmic.. and I didn't see any parade set ups though I *might* have just been far enough away not to notice. The rain was pretty bad all Saturday with what seemed to be more Cast Members working to sweep water than working rides (a lot of rides with outdoor tracks were closed, Alice/Teaparty/Winnie the Pooh). The puddles in DL were terrible.. it was like walking around in a 2inch deep pool constantly.

I asked City Hall about the Fireworks and the CM chuckled and said "There's no way we're doing Fireworks tonight, Sorry."

That's twice we've missed them. I hope you had better luck! =)
