Today is my birthday!

Sigh, I am 37 today and I started off feeling a little blue, BUT I am happy to say that I am a very lucky person because:

I am healthy and so are my children and my husband.


I was able to go and cut the grass for a very sick elderly neighbor who lives alone and doesn't have any family nearby.

I have now lived as long as my mother did without getting sick like her.


I have a comfortable home and two good cars to drive.

I am able to stay home with my children.

My husband isn't in Iraq.

My children are happy.

On Wed, my husband and I will have been married 10 years.

And of course I am going to Disney World in Dec!

Yesterday was my birthday and I was 43 if that helps.

In fact, I'm typing this on the brand spanking new laptop that DH got me and I've got a chocolate sheet cake with my name on it. Seriously. I made it myself but I put my name on it. It's ALL mine.
