I might suggest that you also send a letter (or copy your letter) to that person's supervisor. I think I've seen people on this board suggest that you send it to Jackie Leuders (sp?) at Member Services.

If you want to send a letter regarding the Manager at BC that helped you out, I would send it to her Manager which is:

You could also send a cc: to Jackie Lueders, just to let DVC know that BC is doing a great job.
