If the points "cannot be banked", does that mean that they were already banked from a prior year or that you're over the banking threshold?
If they were already banked, about your only option is to rent. That could be difficult since a rental entails you booking nights in someone else's name. So, your potential market is limited to someone who needs one night before the end of August in a room that costs 14 points or less. This certainly isn't impossible, but doesn't offer much flexibility.
If you're simply over the banking threshold and they are current year points, you could transfer them to another member. That would be much easier to accomplish.
You could also consider giving the points to a charitable organization like Give Kids The World or Make A Wish. They would ask that you book a room in someone else's name (same as the rental.) But, again, I'm not sure how much interest there would be in a studio room for one night (I don't think you can get a 1B for 14 points.)
