To Those on Dec. Waitlist-Don't Give Up!

I just received a confirmation for my stay at OKW for 12-2 to 12-7. I had been on the waitlist for three-four weeks and was not expecting to get any ressies. When I saw the envelope in my mailbox--WooHoo! If you, too, are waiting, don't give up hope! (Now all I need is a ticket to MVMCP, and I'll be in heaven!)

I was hoping to see some news about someone coming off the waitlist for New Year's Eve . I've had reservations since December (thank goodness for the now defunct Special Preferences List!), but my friends didn't bother trying to get something until May! Even after repeated nudges. Of course, there is "no room at the inn" at BWV or VWL and they don't want to stay at OKW. *sigh*

Has anyone had any success or are we going alone?
