You rock! I am so grateful that I can come here and get accurate and non-sensational updates. Thank you for the time you spend and effort you make to help us all.

Thank you.
There is a new update to the GAC to DAS thread.
http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=3151785

I have been getting as accurate as possible information from a variety of credible sources to put there.
It's 9:13 now and I just got that posted.

By Friday, we will have a discussion thread posted, with the first post a summary of what is known, rumors that are likely , rumors that are not likely and unresolved issues.
We are also making some ground rules of discussion on that thread.

Now, if I could put my life on hold and get my bosses to let me off work tomorrow, we could move much faster.

I want to echo the thanks. You consistently demonstrate patience and I wish that I could be as non-judgemental.

Clearly your boss doesnt take planning vacations seriously enough. :-)
And he has even been to WDW :thumbsup2

I even have a time turner necklace from Wizarding World of Harry Potter. I think I got one that had all the magic used up. :)

Thanks for the patience and support from posters.

I agree with everyone here you guys are great and your boys clearly needs to give you parrots time off to help us..... lol

Thanks all! We are trying, and working now on how to start the thread, finding out more information, and working out unresolved issues. Goodness knows I still have a ton of questions, so we are very grateful to others for holding on while we get all of our ducks in a row.

Now it is time for me to get some sleep, and hopefully we will have a thread up and running soon!

Jumping on the bandwagon to say thanks to you both. It's really the only place I know to tell people to come to get accurate info, without all the rest of the stuff.

This subject has just been, badly, discussed on the BBC Radio 2 lunchtime slot. Far too many uninformed people with poor opinions. They should have called you guys to get the low down, lol.

I posted a link to your updates on their Facebook page so if nothing else interested people will at least be able to get the latest news. Thank you for your efforts in getting the news to us all.

Thank you for striving to provide accurate information and not letting this become a heated debate on this forum. You both do great work and I appreciate it.

Thank You Thank You for all your information! I have one question that I have not seen addressed. The original "rumor" on a different site said that we would be allowed only one return time at a time. I hope this is not true. The way we tour WDW is land by land, or area by area in other parks, with no 2nd ride on the same day. This is "rule" from my age 18 DS with autism. I can see us waiting in the more congested areas for a very long time i.e. Fantasyland. Again THANK YOU for all your help.

And a big thank you from me too. I made the big mistake of visiting a different board on DIS where a heated debate is going on. From now I will only come here for the facts and advice on the new policies.

I really appreciate your help through the years. It really helps having such a good sounding board.

Thank-you.

Your contributions to this thread have made a BIG difference to our WDW trips over the years - thank you for all you do!!!

The short answer is we don't know yet - basically if it is not answered in the Sticky thread, we do not have any reliable information yet. This is one of many questions out there, and we are working on gathering credible info to share before we open up an open debate thread.

I think you can only get one Return Pass (RP) at a time, but it would be equal or a little less than the stand-by wait time. As far as we know, it is not like a normal FP where your time can be 8 hours later. And not all rides will be part of the system, so you may have options. Really, though, at this point, you know everything we know and everything else is guesswork (like my best-guess answer just now)
