Hey all. So I've never experienced this before and was wondering if anyone else had.
I booked a room for DH and I and a separate one for my BIL and his gf. Their hotel reservation showed in my plans until yesterday when I went to link their park tickets. They had created a MDE account to buy their park tickets, and I was able to connect with their plans. Now I see the tickets, but no hotel reservation!
I call Disney and the cast member adds them to a RnR fast pass as a test, so that shows up, and she says the no hotel is a display glitch and she will have IT work on it.
So after we hang up, I go to edit the fast passes, but since there's now magically no hotel reservation attached, no fast passes for them. But the one the cast member added still stands.
I have to call back, right? Or do these things work themselves out? Is there a way to call IT directly?
