hart6066, my kids are the exact age as yours, and we have been to WDW with them twice, once when the baby was 3 months old and again when she was 11 months, I did take naps with them. This is how I divided my day, I made sure to be at the park as early as I could. First thing it opens and if you have a morning were they open up early even better take advantage of that. We would do all the stuff my dd4 would want, like Dumbo and winnie the pooh and any characters and so onm. Around 11;30 am, I usually start walking back to the buses for lunch. Usually my 4 year takes a nap on the bus and then once we get back to thr room its time for lunch and or another nap or a swim...The baby was on her own shedule but she usually just keeps sleeping.........Its real nice cause we usually all just take an hour nap and we usually put an alram so that we dont over sleep.....all this takes about 3 hours and then we head back around 3:30 - 4:00 and enjoy ou afternoons refreshed and relaxed and for us it does help. We have done the stay all day when we have stayed off-site, and we have stayed on site and gone back and rested. It makes a huge difference on my DD4 behavior. She dosent melt down she's not whining and she really is enjoying herself and because she has naped she usually stays awake a little longer!!!!!! Good luck and I hope you have fun !!
