Do you have "placenta brain?" If you don't know what I'm talking about, I mean after you have kids and you find yourself forgetting things, not talking like an adult...etc.
It'll get better. Right now I'd chalk it up to sleep deprivatoin and hormones. Eventually, you'll be back to normal. I did the same thing with all three kids. It took over a year each time for me to feel like myself again( 4 years with the last one!)

That's too funny!!! I always tell people that I used to be really smart, but everytime I had a baby I lost a little brain power everytime I lost sleep!!! I've had 5 so I think my brain is probably down to the size of a pea by now!!!!
being middle aged I am seriously forgetting a lot. Thank goodness I have DD11 cause she is my memory. She is also my eyes since I have problems reading some things and refuse to go to the eye dr for glasses. When I have to depend on her to feed me, well then I am in trouble.
If it wasn't for me feeding her goldfish the poor thing wouldn't be here.
Definitely hormone related - after having a hysterectomy and having out-of-whack hormones at age 37, there was definitely a memory problem (better now, but still there).
Once your hormones balance out, it will be better!
