We have ressies at 2:00 PM at CRT. I'm trying to decide if I should make dinner reservations or just do a take out at Gasparilla's if we end up being hungry later on. What would you do? If anyone has went at 2:00 for lunch are you hungry for a full dinner that same night? :confused3 We wanted to make ressies at Ohana's, but now I'm not sure if I should or not. If I do make ressies when can I cancel if we end up not wanting to go? Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't make ressie for diner, don't think you'll be hungry at all....

Maybe you could do O'hanna for an early breakfast!:goodvibes

When we have done a late lunch we have planned dinner for around 9pm. What if you made an ADR for Ohanas at 9:30 or so in time to watch Wishes (assuming they go off at 10pm):confused3

Wishes is at 9:00 that night. But that still might be an option. Let me ask you this then. We are at MNSSHP the next night....are the fireworks better for that or wishes right there at the castle? If wishes would be ok to watch from Ohana's that might be an option, but if they are better to see at the castle then we might just want to watch wishes at the park and wing dinner.:confused3

There is no way we would eat a dinner after having lunch after 2!! We would be stuffed!! You wouldn't even finish lunch until after 3 if your reservation is for 2. I would plan, if we ate lunch that late, to just have a late night snack of some sort, something not too heavy so we could sleep but substancial enough to get us through the night.

I think that's what we are going to do. That way there is no going in and out of the park and we can just eat a snack whenever we get hungy....IF we do! Thanks everyone for your comments.....

You could make your ADR for 8:45 just so you are seated by 9. We really enjoy Wishes from Ohanas (request a window seat when you check-in) We make it a first night tradition every trip.

We have watched Wishes from Ohanas and from MK and the only reason I like it a TAD bit better at Ohanas is b/c you avoid the crowds. But there really is no comparison...I would tell you to watch them from both places during your trip. :goodvibes
