To Hop or Not To Hop?

We always hop! This way if weather is bad one day we can head to a park we have less to do in and not have to worry about whether our ADR's are in a different park or if we wanted to catch a parade or firework show that was rained out...and just because we like to be able to have the option to do so.

we always buy the hoppers but have only hopped once. we lose too much time between parks. i say they probably are better investments if you are going 5 or more days................4 or less, you'd be better served staying put in one park, but upgrading the day to hopper if it's out of control busy

Unfortunately this isn't going to work as you can't use another day of your MYW to "hop". MYW tickets are based on the number of days not the number of park admissions. So if you use your MYW ticket to enter MK on day three you can't use it at Epcot day three without the hopper regardless of the number of days remaining. When you get to Epcot the computer will know you used it at MK and not allow you to use it.

Thanks for this info. We are tentatively planning to do like another poster mentioned and use the ticket on one of our non-park days just to go to Epcot for supper. That's weird that you can't use another day as you see fit, though.
