To go from table service restaurants

Can you order items to go from any of the table service restaurants? Without actually dining in the restaurant?

Table service restaurants are not set up for take out orders.

They can barely keep up w the in restaurant guests. Unless it’s room service of course

or a takeout window, like b&c
